Prior to founding Virtucon, Marc served as an Analyst in the public sector for a major newly constructed hospital project. In this high-stakes environment, precision was mandatory. He was responsible for auditing complex systems where a single error could have critical consequences. He now applies that same auditor’s mindset to your potential home, systematically verifying data points to ensure nothing is overlooked.

Deep Industry Immersion

His journey began in 2012 with his first personal property investment. Over the last decade, Marc has worked alongside multiple inspectors—both franchise and independent—filtering out the shortcomings while adopting the best practices from every sector of the industry.

While reviewing countless inspection reports across the GTA, he noticed a glaring gap: most reports were vague, rushed, or difficult for buyers and their agents to decipher. The boilerplate checklists often caused more confusion than clarity.
