We hired Marc from Virtucon for our home inspection in Vaughan, and he caught what could have been a huge headache with the roof. Their drone roof scan found damage that could’ve cost us a fortune.
We honestly thought the roof looked fine from the ground, but the drone inspection showed us something totally different. Basically, some parts had been fixed up, but others were a complete mess!! He highlighted a lot of smaller things in the house that added up too, but the roof items alone covered the inspection cost many times over, so everything else was a bonus. The report was also very easy to follow. So glad we called him. 5 stars!

My wife and I ,both impressed with your work. Thank you for the excellent inspection and taking the time to troubleshoot the electrical issues we had in the house for almost 10 years , 3 electricians and hydro failed to identify the problem 4 years ago , living with the flickering lights and constantly changing applancea .Thanks to your report Hydro was able to identify the problem, that it is coming from outside the house from theirvend , it will take few weeks to correct it ,but tonight I was connected temporary to a different power supply ,and no surge protector went off ....best service ever !

I purchased a home in Innisfil and not from the area. Needed to get a large property inspected promptly and most couldn't or wouldn't take the job. I was referred Marc. He was more than happy to take on the task. Just him alone did the whole inspection. Almost 7000 sq ft. of living space in 3 buildings. Not only did he do a thorough job but also detailed. I wasn't excepting a report of 147 pgs. with pictures of the inspected area. Letting me know areas of concern. Giving recommendations on areas that may need a closer look. We’ve lived in our Richmond Hill home for over 35 years. We thought we knew our house, especially after hiring people to handle repairs and updates over the last decade, but we decided to book a maintenance inspection with Virtucon just to be sure.
We're shocked at what they found that had slipped through the cracks, especially since we never did any DIY work. Marc at Virtucon found a number of electrical issues: incorrect wiring, missing safety switches, and even live wires that were completely out in the open.
We thought we were staying on top of the maintenance, but these were a total surprise. Marc was professional and clear, and we were very happy with the inspection. Virtucon caught so many electrical problems.
